Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes that entity.

ManyReach provides tools to automate Instagram direct messages, manage automations, capture leads, and related marketing workflows. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes that significantly affect your use of paid features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@manyreach.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.

You agree not to misuse the Services. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the integrity of the Services
• Use the Services in a way that violates Instagram, Meta, or other platform policies
• Upload malware or harmful code

We may investigate violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, limiting features, or terminating your account.

The Services integrate with third-party platforms such as Instagram and Meta. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. ManyReach is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

We are not responsible for changes, outages, API limitations, or enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms that affect your automations or account access.

Certain features require payment, including credit packs or subscription plans displayed on our pricing page. Prices, features, and billing intervals may change; we will apply changes to new purchases in accordance with applicable law.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for purchases you make. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

All fees are non-refundable once a subscription is active or a purchase is completed, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

We own the Services, including software, branding, documentation, and design, except for content you provide or third-party materials. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Services, including automation messages, templates, and audience data. You grant us a license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you send through automations and for obtaining any required consents from recipients.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we collect, use, and protect personal information and how we use cookies and similar technologies. By using the Services, you acknowledge those policies.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific business results, or that automations will always deliver as expected on third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManyReach and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ManyReach from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. You may cancel a subscription through your account billing settings, subject to the terms of your plan.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or if required by law. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ManyReach's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts or forums specified by applicable law, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the Services or by email.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
