This Refund Policy explains how ManyReach ("we," "us," or "our") handles payments, subscriptions, and credit purchases for our Services. Please read it carefully before completing a purchase.
By subscribing or purchasing credits on ManyReach, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Overview
All payments to ManyReach are final unless we are required to provide a remedy under applicable law. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for change of mind, unused features, unused credits, or lack of results after a subscription or purchase is completed.
This policy applies to all paid plans, subscriptions, renewals, and credit pack purchases made through manyreach.io or our billing partners.
2. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, your plan becomes active once payment is successfully processed. From that moment, the subscription fee is non-refundable for the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued after a subscription starts, renews, or remains active
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund amounts already charged
- Downgrading or upgrading a plan does not entitle you to a refund of prior charges
- Trial conversions to paid plans are treated as paid subscriptions with no refund once billing begins
You are responsible for canceling before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.
3. Credit Packs and One-Time Purchases
ManyReach may offer credit packs or other one-time purchases. Once a credit pack purchase is completed and credits are added to your account, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
- No refunds for partially used or unused credits
- No refunds if automations pause because credits are depleted
- No refunds due to account closure, inactivity, or platform restrictions imposed by Instagram or Meta
4. Free Tier
ManyReach may offer free access with limited features. No payment is required for the free tier, and this Refund Policy does not apply until you make a paid purchase or subscribe to a paid plan.
5. Cancellation vs. Refunds
Canceling your subscription or stopping use of the Services is not the same as receiving a refund. When you cancel:
- You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated at checkout
- You will not be charged for future renewal periods after cancellation takes effect
- You will not receive a refund for the current or any prior billing period
6. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (for example, duplicate charges or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact us at contact@manyreach.io within fourteen (14) days of the charge. We will review legitimate billing errors and may issue a correction or credit at our sole discretion.
Billing error corrections are not refunds for dissatisfaction with the product and do not change our no-refund policy for valid completed purchases.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we may suspend or terminate your account while the dispute is investigated. Filing an invalid chargeback may result in permanent loss of access to the Services.

8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes to paid terms may also be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
