TL;DR

Add up to 20 text-only keywords per automation, or use Any word for universal triggers. Keywords are case-insensitive.

What are keyword triggers?

Keywords are the words your audience types to activate an automation. When a comment or DM matches, ManyReach sends your preset message and link.

Best practices

  • Suggested keywords: link, shop, order, buy, price, discount, info, details.
  • Stick to plain text. Avoid emojis and special characters like € or #.
  • Use Any word when every commenter should receive the DM.

Common keyword issues

  • Not triggering: often caused by testing from your own account.
  • Special characters: switch to text-only keywords.
  • Conflicts: use unique keywords when multiple automations target the same post.
